Shipping policy

We accept orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week.

Packages are generally dispatched within 5 business days after receipt of full payment.

We ship internationally from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Any order placed after 12 P.M. will be processed the following business day.

All orders are shipped from our location in Portugal via registered mail through the Portuguese postal service.

No express shipping or next day delivery is available.

Duties, taxes, and customs fees assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer, if applicable.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees, and do not include processing time.

Registered mail is automatically insured by the postal services up to EUR 36 against loss or damage.

Once his order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with his tracking information.

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

If his package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, the customer is responsible for the following:

- Original and return shipping costs.

- Duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.

- The amount of these charges will be subtracted from the merchandise refund.
